Prof. Sylvanus N. Wosu is an author and the founder of KLIP. Prof Wosu has served higher education for more than 32 years. He is deeply devoted in transformative leadership, mentoring, discipleship, and global diversity leadership. He is currently an Associate Dean for Diversity Affairs and a Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science at the University of Pittsburgh Swanson School of Engineering. He earned his PhD in Engineering Physics. Professor Wosu is the founder of Kanmas Leadership Institute (KLI) and the author of several books in the subject of transformational leadership, including: The Leader as Servant Leadership Model: The Laws of Integrative, Transformative Leadership, Relational Mentorship, Relational Service Leadership, and Socio-Technical Empowerment Leadership for Social Change. He is dedicated to the process of leaders becoming forces for change, transformative figures for themselves, their followers, and their organizations, and leaders enabled to empower relational connections that build global enterprises.
